How it works
Step 1
Audit
Every dock position walked and photographed — you get a report by position, not a bundled invoice.
Step 2
Prioritize
Safety and code items first (bumpers, restraint, lip failure), then wear parts on schedule.
Step 3
Execute
Repairs sequenced so you don't lose more than one dock at a time.
Step 4
PM
Optional quarterly PM to keep hydraulics, seals, and bumpers on a swap schedule.
The dock face is a wear surface
Bumpers, seals, and leveler lips are consumables. Treat them like brake pads — replace on cycle count, not after they fail — and the pit, frame, and door behind them last far longer.

Frequently asked questions
Can you rebuild a leveler or does it need replacement?+
Depends on the pit and frame. Cylinders, lips, and springs we rebuild in place. If the pan or main frame is fatigued, replacement is safer and often cheaper long-term.
Do you handle dock seals and shelters?+
Yes — head-curtain and side-curtain seals from Rite-Hite, Blue Giant, and Frommelt sized to your trailer mix.
How urgent is a broken dock bumper?+
Very. A missing or fatigued bumper transfers the trailer impact into the dock face and the leveler frame — a $200 bumper prevents a $6,000 pit rebuild.
