How it works
Step 1
Spec
Duty cycle, door weight, and voltage checked before we quote — no undersized motor.
Step 2
Wire
We coordinate with your electrician (or bring one) so the disconnect and whip are code-legal.
Step 3
Install
Operator mounted, wired, and paired to your access control.
Step 4
Certify
UL-325 monitored safety devices tested and documented in your PM file.
Sized right the first time
A residential 1/2 HP opener on a 300 lb commercial door burns up inside a year. We size operators to door weight, cycle count, and duty class so the motor lasts as long as the door.

Frequently asked questions
Is UL-325 required on commercial openers?+
For most vehicular commercial doors installed after 2016, yes — a monitored safety device is required. We install and document it as part of the job.
Can you integrate with our access control?+
Yes — we terminate to card readers, gate intercoms, keypads, and Bluetooth / cellular loop detectors from most major systems.
Single-phase or three-phase?+
Depends on your panel. We measure available service before quoting and spec the operator accordingly.
