Commercial Service

24/7 Emergency Commercial Door & Gate Service

Live dispatch, after-hours crews, and stocked trucks — because a stuck bay door at 2am is a shift-killer, not a next-day problem.

  • Priority for PM contract customers
  • Stocked trucks for spring, cable, opener, and dock parts
  • Facility secured before we leave — every time

What's included

  • Same-conversation ETA window
  • Flat-rate after-hours quote before work
  • First-visit fix on stocked failures
  • Temporary secure-in-place when parts must be ordered
  • Written invoice + repair report

How it works

  1. Step 1

    Call

Live dispatch answers — describe the door / gate / dock issue and location.

  2. Step 2

    Roll

Nearest stocked crew rolls with the likely parts already on the truck.

  3. Step 3

    Fix or secure

First-visit fix when parts are stocked. When not, we secure the opening and schedule the repair for the next window.

  4. Step 4

    Report

Written report by the next morning so your PM has everything for the maintenance log.

Tell us what cannot be secured

When you ring out of hours, the first thing we need to know is whether the building can be locked up. A door or gate that will not close is a security incident and it goes to the front of the queue whatever the hour. A bay that is out of service but secure is urgent and gets attention, but it is a different call. Say which when you phone and you will get the right response.

Secure first, repair properly second

On a night call the objective is a building you can leave. Sometimes that is the full repair. Sometimes it is chaining and locking an opening, dropping a shutter manually, or disabling an operator so a gate can be secured by hand — then coming back in working hours with the right parts and the right access. We will tell you which you are getting before we set off.

Live dispatch, not an answering service

The number connects to somebody who can tell you what is likely wrong and what is on the truck, not a message service that logs a callback for the morning. On a commercial failure that difference is the whole point of having an emergency number at all.

What we carry after hours

The trucks run stocked for the failures that actually happen out of hours — gate operator boards and limits, common spring sizes, cables, bottom bars, safety sensors and hoist components. That covers most night calls in one visit. Where a part has to be ordered we make the building safe and give you a real date.

Nights, distance and storm season

Two things shape an after-hours commercial call here. One is distance: a site out toward Arcadia or Myakka City is a genuinely different response than one off Tamiami Trail, and we will tell you the honest number rather than the one you want to hear. The other is storm season, when several buildings can be unsecured at once and we triage on what cannot be locked. Tell us on the phone whether the opening is a security problem or an operations problem, because in June through November that is what decides the order we run in.

Frequently asked questions

What are your after-hours rates?+

After-hours dispatch carries a call-out premium quoted upfront. PM contract customers get a discounted after-hours rate.

Can you secure a door that can't be fixed same-night?+

Yes — we bar or brace the opening secure until we can return with the ordered part. We do not leave a facility open.

Do you cover gates and dock equipment after hours too?+

Yes — same dispatch line covers overhead doors, perimeter gates, and dock equipment.
