Quiet, connected, and storm-ready
A modern opener does more than open the door. Battery backup keeps it working when the grid goes down in a storm. Wi-Fi lets you close it from the airport. Belt-drive means you stop hearing the door from the kitchen. We install the model that actually fits your house — not whatever we happen to have on the truck.
Programmed before we leave
Every install includes remote and keypad pairing, HomeLink setup for your car, phone-app pairing on smart openers, and a full safety-reverse and force check.

Frequently asked questions
Do new Florida garages require battery backup?+
Yes — since 2019 Florida law requires a battery-backup opener on new residential installs. We recommend battery-backup even on replacements for hurricane-season outages.
Belt-drive or chain-drive?+
Belt-drive is nearly silent and best for attached garages or garages under a bedroom. Chain-drive is fine for detached garages and slightly cheaper.
Can you make my old opener smart?+
Sometimes — LiftMaster's 828LM add-on brings myQ Wi-Fi to many older units. We'll tell you honestly whether a retrofit or a new opener is the better spend.
