When a panel swap makes sense
If the door is under ~15 years old and the rest of the sections are structurally sound, replacing one panel is usually 40–60% the cost of a full door — and often less than an insurance deductible.
Matching a panel to a door the sun has already aged
Florida UV fades a door finish faster than most owners expect, and it does it unevenly — the south and west elevations go first. Drop a factory-fresh panel into a ten-year-old west-facing door and the repair is more visible than the dent was. We check the fade before we quote and tell you honestly when a panel swap will show. Where it will, blending a second panel or repainting the door is often the better-looking answer, and we stock the common Southwest Florida colours — almond, sandtone, desert tan — for the cases where it will not.

If the door is under ~15 years old and from a mainstream manufacturer (Haas, CHI, Clopay, Amarr), almost always yes. Older or discontinued lines we'll tell you before ordering.
Will the color match?+
Factory-ordered panels match the original color. Sun-faded doors may show a shade difference on the new panel — we'll flag that upfront.
Insurance claim?+
