Getting a door past the architectural committee
A lot of this market is deed-restricted, and in Lakewood Ranch, Rotonda, Boca Royale, Punta Gorda Isles and much of Venice the door you want may need approval on colour and panel style before it can be ordered. It is the step people find out about after they have paid a deposit somewhere else. We quote with that in mind: we will tell you which finishes in the Haas and CHI ranges normally clear a committee, and we hold the order until your approval is in hand rather than building a door you cannot hang.
